実は…このサイトのサーバーの場所がアムステルダムにあるのです。人に強制されてというわけではなく、「海外のサーバーをなんとなく使ってみたかった」というぼんやりとした憧れの上で、鮠ｻ陦自身が自分で考えて買ったものです。サーバーの拠点を置く地域の法律を守らなければならないというルールもあるので、鮠ｻ陦はオランダ法も遵守しなければならないのです。このサイトでは、非実在青少年のキャラクターが出てきますし、おセンシティブな描写もします。センシティブな内容は、一般のカテゴリに入れないようにしておきます。オランダには児童の権利に関する法律が刑法252条で定められています。それを基に非実在青少年の扱いについてネットやAIで調べてみたら、判例によると多分日本と同じだったと思います。
Actually… this site’s server is located in Amsterdam. It wasn’t because anyone forced me to do it; I bought it on my own after being driven by a vague desire to “just try using an overseas server.” Since there are rules requiring compliance with the laws of the region where the server is located, I must also comply with Dutch law. This site features fictional teenage characters and includes some sensitive depictions. I’ll make sure to keep sensitive content out of the general categories. In the Netherlands, laws regarding children’s rights are stipulated in Article 252 of the Criminal Code. Based on that, I looked up how fictional teenagers are treated online and using AI, and according to case law, I believe the rules are probably the same as in Japan.

さて、機能としては復活しましたが、レンタルサーバー側のWAFの設定上でセンシティブな内容ではなくても日本語や漢字を入れてしまうと弾かれてしまうことが分かったのでした。更に、hcaptchaを使うとほとんどの画像やテキストが送れなくなってしまいます。2026年8月28日現在、contactform7はファイルしか送れない状況となっております。
